Humphrey Bogart fue citado en muchas ocasiones por haber dicho que su compañero de reparto,  James Cagney, parecía "una seta" con el traje que tenía que llevar para la película.

This was James Cagney's first western. He would appear in only 2 more westerns ("Run For Cover" and "Tribute To A Bad Man") much later in his career during the 1950's.
